Employability Programs

Humans are complex and we know individual circumstances impact the way we approach life. This is why we take an individual approach to working with our clients – so that they have the right strategy for them to lead them to meaningful employment.

All Futureworx programs follow our Integrated Program Delivery Model. This approach to delivery embraces employability as the focus of training and results in programming purposefully designed and implemented to help people get and keep jobs. Integrated programming uses a combination of occupation-specific training, contextualized learning and a work placement to address technical, soft skills — social and emotional skills and workplace essential skills all at the same time. This approach has proven to be an effective way for job seekers with limited skills to access and maintain sustainable employment, as well as access opportunities for career advancement or further education.

Our programs have been designed in consultation with employers and industry sectors which ensure graduates have the most current training available. If you are interested in joining one of our programs, or referring someone who could benefit - you can get started by completing our online referral form. This quick and accessible form helps us connect individuals with the right supports and opportunities.
